Mondalón vineyards skirt Bandama with two hectares in property, together with eight other collaborators.
It is situated on the slopes of Pico de Bandama, a wine area of the island of Gran Canaria within the denomination
of origin Monte Lentiscal, Gran Canaria region.
The land receives is porous volcanic ash, as a result of an explosion of the Volcano of Bandama about 1970 years ago.
This type of soil is very fertile and excellent for growing grapes and gives the wine its distinctive properties.
The vineyard is also favored, in turn, by the Atlantic situation of the island, its latitude and trade winds favors the island with a mild Atlantic climate
